a place of abundance

"we went through fire and through water, yet You brought us out into a place of abundance" Psalm 66:12b

Beautiful Things July 2, 2011

Here’s the song I mentioned at the end of my last post, Compost Redemption.

My friend, Lisa, introduced the song to me a few months ago. It has brought encouragement and hope.

Only God can:

  • create something out of nothing….fiat
  • bring dead things back to life….resurrection
  • take bad things and turn it to blessing….redemption

Enjoy!

Have a wonderful 4th of July weekend!

Wow, frosting on our cupcakes, Viv…Have a blessed and restful holiday, after your Sabbath feast tomorrow. PM

Viv, the video played beautifully on my email courtesy of hotmail active view. Did you mean you were having trouble with it showing on the blog? It does start out with a black screen, just the print lyrics, to the chorus lines when the color explosions begin. You might ask another friend of mine on WordPress: ptl10 on Clickablessing…she is very computer-savvy! (You would enjoy her acquaintance anyway…you two have a lot in common:) I can share more about that later. < PM

Hi Pat. Still not sure why it shows up in some venues and not others, but will be connecting with some tech savvy friends in a couple weeks to get my questions answered. Meanwhile, I am glad it played for you!

Cool! Did you see the album cover for the song? It has guns, war, poison symbols, etc and that idea of God’s redemption as it makes up a beautiful flower.
